When I log onto to paypal

All of a sudden my VPN (IPBurger) will not let me log onto paypal to buy shipping. Says "not authorized to access this server) . Worked fine for over 2 years and this just started this week. Any ideas how to fix this?

Try changing to different DNS servers. I've had no issues like this on any of my VPNs.

It's pretty simple on Windows. Go to control panel -> network and internet -> network connections.
Then find your VPN connection in the list -> right click -> properties
That should take you here:




Then you click on IPv4 and then click properties.
Uncheck "obtain DNS server automatically" and check "use the following DNS server addresses"
Then go to a public DNS server directory website, like https://public-dns.info/
Then pick two DNS servers that are in the same country as your VPN IP (USA presumably)
Put the IP's of the two DNS servers you choose in the IPv4 properties window you have open, then click "ok".
Disable and reenable the adapter, then optionally go to whoer.net to see if your new DNS servers are showing.

(This may or may not work. I suggested this because it sounds like a DNS issue to me. If this doesn't work.. sorry.. go bug ipbooger)
