Signing up with spouse's account

My first time here but my personal account was suspended so my wife signed up for an account from her computer (seperate from mine) but I'm realizing that she's probably using the home wifi which has the same IP so would it be advised if she connect her computer to her phone hotspot? Am I already cooked if she used the same wifi network even though its under a different name and from a different computer?
