Using phone's internet over model, suspended on Google?
 

Ok, so I want to create a new Google Ads account(everything is completely different from the previous one), and my question is, if I use cellular internet over cable internet, will this raise some red flags with Google? Since each time you reboot your mobile device, the IP changes and is not static.

I doubt that Google would suspended someone for something so small, but wouldn't wanna raise any extra red flags if I don't have to.

Help appreciated.
