will ebay ban mobile ip?
 

for those who use mobile ip for hotspot, do we really need to avoid same ip being reused on different accounts? will ebay detect it's a mobile ip and then ban it? Since it's shared ip pool, anyone else can access ebay with that ip. Does it make sense for ebay to ban mobile ip coz that will take down many legit accounts if the same ip happens to be assigned to another ebay user. Any thoughts on this?

If it is the same IP will cause the account to be associated, which will lead to the account being suspended

Ebay know that countless people are sharing IP addresses, so they don't give a sh*t. They will only care when studying two Ebay accounts to see if they are the same person.

Even residentia-l IP for Ebay and PP a complete waste of money

EVERY normal person uses mobile. They will never ban people for mobile IPs alone. I would say it is impossible to have an IP that has never been used before.

Id say the chance of a ban due to that particular reason are slim.
Id say they get higher if there are other circumstances involved.
I myself dont have an issue recording the IPs and using a different one every time. Why take a chance if it can be avoided.

I used to log all IP addresses on a Notepad document, then I just decided to not bother and I have been fine ever since

I used to log all IP addresses on Xcel... I'm still doing it, specially because my pool is getting small and I get a ton of repeats.

I have never stopped logging and I've been fine ever since.

Play with fire and eventually you'll get burned. May not happen today or 5 years from now, but eventually....
