Hello, can I use residential proxies directly on my android device?

I don't have a desktop right now. And I'm not from USA so cannot create a cashapp without using a proxy of US. Can I use residential proxies I buy from proxy services on my android phone directly without using desktop or root? If so, how? Any specific app that can help me with setting up a proxy? Any help is gladly accepted thanls :help::help:

Its doable but not as simple as it would be using a PC.
Just get a PC - theyre cheap enough these days that you should be able to get one for your business.
