Changed public IPv6 address but not IPv4 address?

Hello everyone! I was wondering if anyone could shed some insight.

I was able to change my public IPv6 address, which I confirmed on IPBurger + Whatismyip.com.

But on whatismyip.com, I noticed the public IPv4 address is still the same. So how do I change the public IPv4?

Sorry, I'm not very savvy with all this IP stuff and would appreciate any help!
