Choosing my city

Dear All, I have a simple question: when buying a proxy, is it possible to choose a specific IP? In the preferred city in the chosen country? Thank you.

Which proxy service you aiming for? Many are not good for account health

I know. I use proxy-seller.com, very happy with them, but customer service sucks. I just tested a few IP locators, whoer.com is the most accurate. So once I get the proxy from them, I'll pinpoint the town and create a PP account with real address nearby.
