Are 4G personal IP really fresh ?
 

Hello,

So i'm looking for fresh ip, I know ipburger can provide good stuff but a bit expensive

I reset my 4G ip with plane mode, are they fresh ip's never been used before ?

that way you will have a new IP that might not be a "neverusedbefore" IP but could be enough to manage eBay stealth accounts in your own country.

Is this what you want to achieve?

It's the connection that's 4G, not the IP. The IP is heavily recycled. eBay does not care about recycled IPs unless it's a) Heavily abused within their network. b) You keep recycling certain IPs within your set of accounts to the extent they can unmistakably associate these IPs to you. c) Something else.

If you can't be bothered to worry about IPs, it'd be better to use a dedicated IP from IP burger.

If the cost is a hassle, you're probably selling the wrong items. Consider using Terapeak to find profitable items to sell.

Every IP has been recycled. ICANN assigned the last block of IPv4 addresses 10 years ago. None of these fresh plans are truly "fresh" but they at least do various blacklist checks to make sure the IP's they're selling haven't been heavily abused.

To answer your question though you should be fine selling with your 4G connection IP addresses for the reasons pandoras_box mentioned..

It's not a matter of 4g or 5g... it's up to the service and all mobile service use a recycled IP pool.
