can't login to outlook via proxy
 

Hi
I have socks 5 residential proxy. I checked on different websites like ipaddress.my or ip2location.com/demo or ipburger.com
And they all say that the connection is not proxy
However, when i go on outlook, I cannot login with the proxy enabled, the website gives me error each time. When I disable the proxy, outlook works fine with no issues. Does it mean that the proxy is useless for ebay account creation as the connection gets suspended by websites such as outlook? The error i'm getting is ERR_SOCKS_CONNECTION_FAILED
I tried different tweaks with settings but no luck.
Those of you who were able to create ebay accounts with residential proxies, are you able to access outlook login page with the proxy enabled? Thank you

Try using a different browser or proxifier to setup the proxy connection

If neither work you could try a different proxy to rule out other things

Is the proxy set up in browser or locally on the machine?

It is possible that your proxy provider blocked outlook
