IP banned from grailed, how to get around?

Sorry if this has been questioned before. Would like to sell on there. My paypal account is all good, except you have to link your paypal to your grailed and I think they find my personal info from there and ban me, as well as my IP. If I can get a friend to make a paypal for me how would I work around the grailed.com IP ban? Thanks

From my experience you can link the same PayPal over again to marketplaces. Change your primary email and remove all API permissions from that site. Then try mobile data with fresh IP
