Why specifically IPBurger for a Stealth eBay Account?

I already have active subscriptions for VPNs with both Surfshark and ExpressVPN. Do I need to also subscribe to a Proxy or VPN with IPBurger? If so...why specifically and only IPBurger, for a stealth eBay account?
