Is my ip address changed???
 

I was limited back in september and im starting up new with a friends paypal which is about 2 years old. At the time my ip address was linked to the old accounts since then i have reformated and i believe i have changed my ip address. I used ip chicken to check the ip address first it was 986xxxxxx and now it starts with 173xxxxxxx the way i believe i changed it was leaving my router disconnected for about 5 hours. I wanna know am i safe to log into the new paypal account i have already started using the new ebay account to sell something without any problems any help would be great thanks.

Your IP is 173xxxx now, yes.

It was 96xxxx and a different one when you registered here.

Should be OK to go BUT do make sure you keep a log of your IP when using ebay/paypal. Doing this is IMPERATIVE to remain stealth especially as you have a friend's account. Why not try IP Burger - What is my IP Address? Find Your IP Address!

oh wow you knew all that information awesome. So you think I should be good right everything is new ip address reformated computer no linkage at all to old suspended accounts.

Going from the computer angle alone, this seems like a new person. The reformatting has worked.


You have to watch what you do with the actual usage of the paypal account. I'm sure you know that already though. Go slowly with transactions, give great customer service.
