Internet for a laptop..... ebay accounts

has anyone used internet for their laptop lets say from a major phone company (att, sprint, verizon) and got suspended from ebay or is it when you get suspended that's it?. Can you change ip addresses on them and get back on? just wondering, I'm thinking of getting one for my laptop?

hey there, not sure about usa, but i use one in australia, and every time i reconnect i get new ip

its a usb flash by virgin mobile its prepaid which is cool....... they have the usb flash for like 100$ bucks i wanted to buy a couple

better off getting one from two different providers, or an unlocked one with two different sim cards, that way will never get same ip
