ok getting a new ip address isnt a problem. i messed up and linked an paypal account to an ebay account which had an limited paypal account on it. and they locked my account after i received the three hundred dollars. if use the better privacy add on and ccleaner on firefox. do i also need to change my mac address too for my router? im on wireless all through my house which has three computers and a laptop connected to it. the laptop i got the limited account on about four months ago and the other computer in the back room i got limited today. if i use better privacy to clear everything out can i still use the cpu and laptop that got limited accounts on. i was using them to sell phones. and paypal started this whole mess. i was legit and had over 200 feedback and they just go limit me for no good reason. so im trying to sell this stuff cause its my only income right now.
