Sportsbook betting from another state
 

I bought the residential IP from ipburger but support seems to suggest that it can only be configured through the browser app. I need to configure it at the windows or router level because F*nDu*l uses an executable to verify location.

So my question becomes:

Can an ipburger residential proxy be configured at the windows level or router level? Note: the ipburger vpn doesn’t appear to be residential IPs it’s shared IPs.
Or is there another creative way around this?
