Can I share a hotspot from my phone mutliple times

Hi,
I will try to make this question make sense.
Assume I have mutliple different Ebay accounts and I use a prepaid sim for ovtaining a new ip address for each. Can I use a single phone to share this hotspot? Is there an identifyer in place which can see that my current computer is always connected to the same mobile phone that is sharing the hotspot even though the IP is different?

you can a single phone as a hotspot - just off/on to reset for new IP when changing accounts

You are saying I need to turn my phone off before switching the ip? Couldnt I just replace the prepaid sim card?

The IP can change using one sim

You only need to change the SIM card if you are calling the e-commerce platform that the telephone is registered to, otherwise one SIM card for all your accounts when using your mobile for a hotspot is necessary just keep rebooting the phone when accessing another account.

When you reboot your phone the IP address changes, you can try and do that by putting the phone into airplane mode but it does not always work on some phones.

You don't need a new SIM for each phone

You can do that but it's an expensive way of running accounts

Simply putting the phone into airplane mode and out again will swap the IP address each time and that is enough

Doesnt the ip address change when i replace sim cards?
