Looking to purchase this to use on two separate accounts.

Obviously you have to connect to your own ISP first to enable you to access IP
Burger.

Not sure how it works can I switch between laptop profiles with the same connection, or do you have to connect and disconnect each time?

You can switch between laptop profiles and keep the same IP address as the program runs all the time in the profiles, same as windows

Thanks I purchased iP burger for a month, this is my 2nd stealth account, I previously used a mobile hotspot to connect, is this option no longer viable?

You can use a mobile hotspot again without issue

Have separate user accounts then put the phone into airplane mode each time you swap between profiles
