Question IP question...

I made a new IP (and windows user) before I created my new eBay and PP accounts. However, since then, I needed to log on to my old accounts, so I had to create a new IP (and switch users) to log in.

Now that I want to go into my new accounts, I will have to switch users and again change my IP. Which begs the question:

Is logging in to your accounts with too many different IPs a red flag? I don't know how to change back to the same IP I used to create the accounts. I just know how to change to a brand new one.

Your thoughts? Thanks.

To change back to a previous IP (usually can only do it if less than 24 hours from last use):

Use the same MAC address for account 1. Ex: 00:00:00:00:00:01
Use the same MAC address for account 2. Ex: 00:00:00:00:00:02

When you need to log out of 2 and back into 1, just change MAC back to 00:00:00:00:00:01 save the change, reboot the modem. You should have the same IP that you had the last time you used THAT particular MAC.

What did you use to change your IP?

I used the stealth guide's instructions.

1- I changed the last two digits of my MAC address.

2- Unplugged / re-connected the cable modem

3- Unplugged / re-connected the wireless router

4- Checked IPBurger.com to make sure it changed

Nice to know that the multiple IPs didn't cause any red flags to be raised. Thanks for your input.

Your ip changing everytime, is not a red flag at all. With Dial up, your ip also changes everytime you connect.
