IP changes every time i turn my Modem on
 

I have adsl with "bigpond broadband" in australia, and when i turn my modem off and turn it back on again, my IP Changes. Would this be an ok way to change my IP so i can create a new stealth ebay account?, or do i need to do something else to change my IP? Im only asking because it doesn't have anything about this method in the stealth book

Yes that is OK, as a matter of Fact its Great that your Modem Changes IP so Easily....I Remember when it used to be that Easy for me.
