When is it safe to reuse a IP address?

So this question is mainly to the people that use a different IP address and track when and where they were used.

I am using a Sprint Wireless device on my Ebay computer so it is separate from my other network. I track my IP addresses in a Excel spreadsheet for what account they were used for and when.

My question is, when I do pull an IP and I find that I've used it on a different account, when is it safe to use it again? 2 months? 6 months? 1 year?

You're going to eventually use an IP that was used on someone else's account and I'm sure they expect it. I just don't want to link my stealth accounts.

What is your experience?

Sprint is Known to Recycle Ip Addresses, But the awnser is NO, that is why you keep track of them in the first place, so you DO NOT use an Ip Address from a Banned account, or even a Good Standing Different account. As for eventauly using a banned IP, (1) You do not Know that. (2) Always Protect yourself from what IS known (3) Ebay uses other methods along with IP Addresses to track you.

Sia,

You have the same question in at least 3 different threads. It makes it hard for us to help and harder for you to find your answer.
