I want go to McDonalds and Library login my stealth ebay account.

Are there got problem?

I mean, Ebay and Paypal will know I am login Public free internet?

This will cause flag?

They probably won't know it is a public library. There are thousands of libraries. I doubt they keep a list.

Probably be a problem. There is a chance (high or low) that some other users have employed those computers to log in to their accounts. That would be a potential linking problem, especially if anyone used the computer you will be using so they could log on to a suspended account.

Flag? Most likely.

amazon are fine with this behaviour....ebay are ok so long as you don't try to list anything, then they will most likely hit you with the phone verification chestnut.....though i guess there are ways around that if you have a mate near your landline or route incoming calls to your mobile.
