Often get the same IP with dial up

I'm using GoNuts4Free dial up service and so far I've gotten 5 different IP's and made 4 accounts; but now I just keep getting an IP I've already used. I tried on different days.

Just have to restart my PC the reconnect for a new IP.

This is why you should keep track of your ip's

Yes some of us will get the same ip's

I don't know what GoNuts4Free is
What I will try to do to see if you can get more ip's

If you have to register an account with GoNuts4Free then I will make a new account

Also make sure you use a new user windows account.

Try this and see if it work then check back with us with your updates.
