Ip and isp question?

OK so i bought a pre 2007 account and i changed the email and i got an email from ebay and it contained the ip and isp numbers which where the same.

Today i changed the password from my moms house and i got the email from ebay but now the ip and isp numbers where completly different! we use the same internet providers.

my question is doe the isp number change everytime along the ip address? i googled everything and i have no luck on how to find my isp number i could only find the ip address.. how do i find my isp numbers?

If you did not make this change, please contact us at blah nlah blah.

The password change request was made from:

* IP address: 76.***.190.***
* ISP host: 20.**.78.2*4

But the one i got when i changed the email was the same as the ip address numbers. Now what? i am scared that the isp numbers dont change and they can track me that way.

The ISP Host and your IP Address should be the same number.. mine are.

And when you change your IP address, your ISP Host changes as well.

I hope that's what you're asking because it's hard to understand you wrote.

Yup thats what i was asking. although when i changed the password today it wasn't the same so that's why i was wondering. mmm i think i wont use my moms internet for now on i rather be on the safe side.
