New user- IP setup question

I just finished reading ebay stealth, but I am unclear on an issue with the ip. I opted to create multiple user accounts for each of my ebay names. Do I need a different IP address for each account? or would they all be the same anyways? Do I change my IP address everytime I login or once I set the addresses they will be the same one everytime I login to the certain account? Thanks in advance

Yes, you will need a different IP address for each account and will need it everytime you log in.

Oh boy...so if I have 5 stealth accounts...I need to change the ip address every time I log in to each one of those accoutns? thanks so much for your help!
