Phone IP address

Since the Ip on my phone changes everytime I restart it. I want to create an account on that IP then turn off to get a new Ip, then continue the process to create as many accounts as I need. I was planning on letting those accounts age, then log back in and list items. Since the IP is always going to be dfferemt, I was wondering if ebay would limit you everytime you log into an account, but on a new IP each time?

No they won't suspend you because your ip changes. Dial up does the same thing.

Don't forget about cookies and flash cookies when making them.
