Should I get a VPS with a dedicated IP for each account and install OpenVPN on it?
 

Dial up is far too slow and this is the only possible solution I can think of. Would it be ok to get a VPS, some IP's with it, install OpenVPN and use that for ebay accounts?

Or could I get a VPN service with a dedicated IP for each account?

Any services that you recommend?

BlackLogic are AWFUL; they have horrible support and even looked at my browsing history and said I was commiting fraud on ebay. Not to mention I used their service to look at porn, so they even know my favourite fetish. haha
