[ASK] Register Using Dinamic IP
 
I want to ask is it okay if I register Ebay and Paypal using a dinamic IP or I have to use a Static IP?

A dynamic / static IP isn't really a type of IP. Having a dynamic IP just means that your IP will change every time you reset your router, whereas with a static IP, your IP will always be the same.

So yes it's ok to use any kind of IP; what you need to worry about is using the same IP on different accounts.
