Sorry man. It's not possible. You gonna have to go with a company that can provide a dynamic IP or go with dial-up.

hi idk if i use dial up is good idea to use an external modem or no ? i am saying that if amazon block my account using dial up, with my internal modem on my laptop, it's a good idea to use an external modem, if change comes to pass that much easier my external modem? or is it crazy thing, sell on amazon
