how to change IP address w MAC and ethernet only?

Hi everyone,

1) how do you change your IP address and or be able to go back and forth with ethernet on a mac with no wireless router?

2) is it possible to pick an IP address from any country?

3) if it can be changed, what are the rules of the digits?

1) Reset your wired router?

2) No, all your IP's will be from one town, let alone a different country.

3) As long as at least 1 number has changed, you won't get linked.
