Is it safe to use my friends ebay account under my banned ip?

I followed all steps in ebay stealth, however, I have a static IP with comcast and I cant change it.

So the only thing that is similar is the IP that was banned on my account. What if I use it now? What can ebay do as my freinds account is legit and he called and verified with them and everything, I cant believe ebay will give us problems if the IP is the same since that wouldnt be fair to him at all.

Thanks!

They may not or they may - do you want to take that risk? There's your answer there.

I would not. I still operate few accounts out of the same IP - some got suspended, some still stay alive but never know when they are due to go down. I stopped caring about those (though I still operate them) but I keep new ones on the side with no ties.

do not use your friends account, it will most likely get banned as well...ebay really does not care it is a friend of yours.....they will see the same ip...thus banning whoever uses that ip

What he said x10

Never use a friends or families info. If it explodes, its all over both of you.
I would recommend getting a better handle on stealth. I say that because you want to try and use a banned IP... You would in this case burn his account just like any other one.

If you cant change IP, change ISP. Considering this is a money making venture, getting a better ISP is minimal in the grand scheme. Why fight with a static IP.....

I wouldn't recommend it. Its almost as if you are setting a time bomb.

Then, quite seriously you've only taken bits from ebay stealth that suit you.
No, do not risk doing that.
No, do not think ebay will be nice about it just because the account is legit.
AND most importantly, no to doing business with a friend. :nono:

Consider other IP options for your stealth account:typing:
