New IP & ISP.........

I have been reading the forums and found that a lot of users (such as myself) do not completely understand the IP, ISP issue with Ebay.

I had asked the question recently myself.

I know how to change my IP address at home. But,.........why should one have to change it?

Say I am going down the road roaming the internet and logging into Ebay with my Droid phone. I am bouncing off one IP address to another. Correct?

One "hotspot" has the same IP address.

Please help in this question.

One would want to change the IP if one had used that IP on one's suspended ebay/paypal account.

It's helpful to be successfully stealth by having a new IP. New you and all that ;)

Droid phone's give you a new IP so that would be most helpful for one to be stealth :pop2:
A warning, hotspots can be used by others. For me I'd try to keep the IP just my own.

Whilst we know that IP alone does not always cause link problems, it is better from a stealth pov to not have one's account under scrutiny.:spy:
