IP addresses!
 

Ok, so I am using wireless internet and my IP changes every time I restart my modem. Would this be a safe alternative to VPN's? Can I just restart my modem and clear my cache everytime I log into eBay?

I have followed all of the steps in eBay stealth from creating a new bank account, to getting a visa gift card, new ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name/address etc... But the IP thing has me a little confused. I am hearing VPN's are no good, and I don't want to go the Dial-up route.

Will restarting my modem, and deleting cache work?

Yes, the new IP's are fine? Best to keep a log of IP addresses to each account so you don't cross use them.

Deleting Cache? Do you mean cookies and flash objects? That wouldn't be necessary or advised. Use separate Windows User Accounts between your eBay accounts.

Now when I create my new Pay Pal, am I using the f-a-l-s-e eBay information or am I using my real information? If I use f-a-l-s-e information won't Pay Pal notice that my bank information is different?

Not understanding.....you created a NEW paypal with SAME OLD SUSPENDED details? You can not use the same info as a suspended paypal account of course....you will have to make a "stealth identity change" in order to proceed....and the change in one letter of your name will still allow the paypal verification process to go through and paypal can NOT see your bank acccount details.....hope this info helps, but I dont really understand what you are saying.

i created a brand new pay pal with all new information, i wasn't sure if pay pal had access to my bank account information which is my real info, and is different from the information i am using on pay pal and ebay.

Right....bank account=real information, ebay/paypal=close to real name so deposits can go through and ebay/paypal info matches.

What if my pay pal/ebay information isn't close to my real information. I.E I am a guy, and I have made my pay pal/ebay info as a middle aged female. Is this risky? and how so? eBay stealth recommended I go this route.

Not understanding.......in my understanding.....the only reason you have to have close to real info is so you are able to verify bank account and withdraw your funds as you need a bank account and you need to create bank accounts in your REAL info legally of course...if you create a paypal/ebay in a females name, then that female needs to have a bank account so you are able to attach it and use it with paypal....

Making an account in femal name is not risky EXCEPT that if they call...well, you have to jog up your voice a bit =(
