Do i have to change my ip everytime i log onto paypal or just the once so its not the same as the one i was suspended with?

Theres only need to change it the once and as long as its not the same IP that was on your suspended account you should be fine.Paypal will only flag you if you log in with that suspended IP so make sure it is a new IP before you log in.
