changing ip address question
 

I have read the changing ip part in the stealth book.But i am confused if i have to change the ip every time i im loggin in the ebay account.If i have 10 different accounts then how can i get 10 different ip addressess.How can i do it on the same internet connection?.

To change the IP every time, you need either a dynamic IP provider or different access points.

Have to tried to turn on and off your internet connection modem and used that program IPBurger or equivalent to check your ip on restart?

yes..understood that.what i mean is if i am changing the ip address everytime login in accounts will that wont raise eyebrows with ebay/paypal?.:suspicious:I am thinking to do it by TELNET is it safe?
