New IP address...do I need new router also?

When I change the IP address and Mac address do I still need to get a new router for Amazon? I read the stealth book but I'm a little confused. It says after changing the IP address I still need to change NIC adapter and get a new router. Is this true?

Amazon is a whole different animal. They have some brutal tracking technical issues. You should get the Amazon Ghost guide if you want to run at Amazon. Its much harder then eBay.
