I had an eBay account that was shut down via mc152 couple months ago with a paypal 180 day hold attached with it just got half of my money out of pp at the 90 day mark. I was practically using my iPhone as a computer and now I have a new stealth acct set up and been going for about 60 days. I realize switching the phone on airplane mode changes the ip address but could it be possible that someway somehow the ip address would change back to the one that i got shut down with?

I know this is a very different situation but any advice or comments would be great

Possibly, you get a pool of IPs that changes with each shut off/reset/airplane mode.

How many ips are in this pool approximately and what would u think the chances of it actually happening are? Also I live in a totally different location now probably 100+ miles away from where i previously operated the other account that was canned, would that make a difference?

It might change the IP pool... id recommend You using Ip Manager app 0.99¢ in itunes...
that way You not only can track all IPs but also see the location of them.
For Example i live in Vegas, restart Iphone or go to airplane mode...IPs are different, but their location is same (this app shows it)...and it is 38.0, -97.0 (coordinates). Now lets say ill move to LA most likely the ATT antenna will be located closer to me and the coordinates and IP pool should change.

I havent actually checked that yet...but im 75% sure it is so...

splitfire, this is the same app i have reported on the ebay tracking thread several times. Nothing new. The best feature of this app is the ability to track ip's used.
you guys how to start reading. The infos are in the forums and we see new thread about the somethings.
