Did I just link my account?
 

Just created my first stealth account, pretty stoked...but I may have messed up.

I thought that I was on my personal user account, I was on my stealth user account. I went to ebay homepage. I looked at the top and it said, "stealth user id"...but I was on my bad ip...I did just closed out the browser and switched user accounts. I only went to the homepage. Am I f'd?

There is no way to know for sure. The possibility exists that they were linked, but it is not 100%.

If you have already added bank info to the PayPal for this account and incurred expenses for the phone, etc. then you might want to just try it and see what happens. If nothing has been spent, you should probably start over to be safe.

Please keep in mind that my answer assumes that the ONLY problem here is the one you described. And don't worry, you WILL get the hang of it.

If its not a lot of greif and effort already put in as Jeff notes, safest is to walk away. But if you have gone to great lengths already on the account I guess its worth a try. But you will always have that "what if" in the air
