What methods do people use for different IP's?

Im currently using tethering using my mobile phone, the only problem is that everytime I make a request to load a webpage, the ip changes... so therefore it would be impossible to track the IP's I use, and I would definately not be able to open a second stealth account due to the very high risk of linking...

Apart from dial up (which I cant use because my broadband is hooked up through the phoneline) what other methods can I use in addition to my broadband?

I've setup 100+ accts. with phone tethering and never once kept track of the ip.

really? hmmmm... the thing is the ip doesnt really change, only the numbers after the last decimal point...

it would only be a matter of time before the same IP hit both accounts

I use verizon the ip changes quite a bit not sure how big of a pool the ip is but I've logged in and out 100's of times and never been linked to a previous account.

If my phone line is hooked into my broadband modem, along with the dsl/cable and I log on using only my dialup connection, can I be linked?

For eb ay I am quite confident the answer is no but I would disable the cable access from computer because if your phone line gets D/C, your comp will auto access Net via your dsl/cable.

For Am az on, I would def disable it because they use advanced tracking.

Jbluntz has the perfect method IMO. Even if a couple of his accounts get linked, he still has another 38 lol.
