I have a iphone 3gs and its not jailbroken,
Is there any way to tether it or not?
I cant jaikbrake it because it is a company phone,
Really wanna use to to change my ip each time,

Without paying the tethering fee, I do not think there is anyway to do it without jailbreaking it.

You could always jailbreak it, then restore it to the Original firmware when you give it back the company.

Would the tethering fee be on the company bill from at&t?
I am not sure if they paid for it or not,
The company bought the iphone for my us and pays the bill for it,
All i know is it has the unlimited data plan,

Yeah the tethering fee would be on the bill. You could ask, possibly they pay for it, but not to likely if you don't know about it.

Once you restore the phone, there's no sign it was ever jailbroken. That's what I would do.

What is the easiest way to jail break the iphone?
I have heard of people bricking the iphone in the past,
Just want to do this the easiest way possible,
I think for changing a ip each time this is the best way,

It depends on what firmware you have. Do some researching on Google for your firmware and see what works the best.

It's been a while, but I believe I used "Redsnow" to jailbreak mine.
