IP Address and paypal
 

Hello all just cant get my head around this...:rant:

I have been reading the forums regarding vps and static ip addresses which is great to setup ebay and auctavia from another country with the one off token..

My question is how do i get around the ip address issue with paypal,
does that mean i have to keep my static ip address permantly so as not to get limitations?
cause i am sure if i register with paypal aust (i still have bank accounts there), then delete my ip address and log in normally through asia will they me for ID?

it seems that paypal accts dont link to each other by only same ip.

Agreed - need more solid linking - cookies, reg. info., etc. Post is from Jan. 22, 2011 by the way so bit old =)
