New Old member: ip address on multiple pcs in home
 

HEllo all. I have a quick question or two for soem experts to anwer. yes i read and researched but none of them ever seemed to answer a question direct. On my old account here (I forgot my login and password) i had ebay stealth.

My questions. I have a desktop that has modem and router. In the house I have 2 brand new laptops. On the desktop I have been naru'd by ebay and suspended by paypal.

1. Do I have to be logged out of the banned user profile on desktop while browsing and using ebay on the new laptop. (I already changed the ip but had the banned profile and my new laptop running at same time do I need to make a change.

2. I have a relative who is going to allow me to use his name address bank account etc etc for new ebay paypal. I will be using my new laptop. Is this safe even though router runs through old desktop tht was banned.


Thanks I am sure I will have more questions.

I also unplugged the router overnight and it changed my ip addy. (i love ip burger)

1. New user account - keep things separate. Switch up the IP to keep things fresh.

3. Search the forums for why using friends' and relatives' info is a not the brightest of plans.

3. Get the eb ay stealth guide, read it a lot + search the forums to better understand the issues at hand. Your questions, while understandable, spark potential problems for your accounts later.

Questions always welcomed but, please keep in mind, that many questions are the same ones answered in many other posts.
