tired of constantly unplugging your modem? I have a solution!
Tired of unplugging and plugging in your modem everytime you change IPs? I just thought of a really good idea today. Buy a remote contolled wireless outlet. They plug into your outlet and you just plug your modem into it. Now you can turn your modem on and off by remote. My modem is not right in front of my computer so I have to get up and walk across the room everytime I wanna change IPs. I just bought one on newegg that has 2 plugs. You can get a set of 3 that is made by Woods and turn them off/on separately. That would be helpful if you wanted to also hook up a router, lamp, etc. They all cost less than $20. |
