Does IP really matter?
 

I change me IP every time i log into an ebay/pp account. Now lets say i will be logging in the same ebay/pp account for a whole week. Do i need to change the IP still, or can i just log in with the same IP since its the same ebay/pp account. I can understand changing your ip when you decide to log onto another account, but it seems pointless to change your IP if you log into the same account everytime.

There is absolutely no reason at all to change your IP Address when logging into the same account.

Same goes true when logging into any accounts that are currently linked.

Thanks i was just making sure. I forgot where i read that IP needs to be changed every time you log in. It stuck with me for some reason.

From my experience ebay will NEVER link you from IP alone...but it may cause them to look at your account more closely and what your selling. With the same account no need to change IP, unless that IP is linked to a previously suspended account.
