Cloud Computing to change IP address

I live in France and want to use cloud computing to create an ebay account from my parents PC in Chicago. Will the ebay account I create show up under my parents IP address or from the IP address of my ipad that I am using to access to computer via cloud computing/remote desktop?

Cloud computing, formerly refereed to as parallel computing was/is used to process huge amounts of data. It allows for a "bank" of computers to process pieces of information at the same time.. IE 10 computers running the same application. What that means for us is virtual desktops (remote desktops) with all their calculations/processes being computed by multiple computers at the physical location... I believe each one of these desktops can be assigned its own Static IP (but not sure)... If so it would be an ideal situation for stealthers as you are not VPNing from your computer to EBAY... you are essentially VPNing to a remote computer and THAT computer is accessing ebay. This means it would be possible to maintain 20 or 30 desktops up and running simultaneously as your computer doesnt need to process the data. Its physical location can be at any data center providing the service. The draw back being a VPC or virtual private cloud would have a significant price tag associated with it...

Scratch the part about the IP, you CAN have different IP addresses for each virtual computer, just confirmed it! (public IP's that is...)
