I'm ready to go but for IP address..
 

Hi there,

I have the bank accounts, c cards, addresses, phone numbers BUT I am on a dynamic IP via wifi router that never ever changes IP (ISP is called Bethere). I called them up and a techie said it may change every few months but there is no way I can do it manually.

I cannot tether to my smartphone unfortunately

I wonder if the MIFI on 3 Network will do the job for me? I obviously need some kind of dongle that can bypass my home network and pick up a different IP each time I logon to PP or Ebay? Am I correct?

Could anyone kindly point me towards the right product I need to buy please as it is now the only thing stopping me from commencing my stealth accounts.

I'm not sure about Mifi, but dongles give usually give you a new IP every time you log on. I have a ZTE MF112 3 Dongle which does the job very well.

What Smartphone have you got?... You can normally get around restrictions to tether, although some providers have a small limitation of 50mb-100mb that can be used up very fast on a desktop/laptop.

As sasasasa said, Getting a 3G Dongle is properly the best and cheapest idea unless your neighbours have wireless networks you can hijack

to my knowledge dynamic means changing

Static means never changing

if your internet is some how a wifi router then i would suggest to change IP either

- proxys switcher which 10% time work.
- Dial Up connection - 100% work (slow connection) Unplugg for new IP
- DSL connection - 100% (fast connection) Unplugg the router for new IP
- VPN - 50% work (need to find good ones)
- Tethering your phone
- IP rental ( google it )

Those are some ideas
