worldwide IP address, risky?
 

(I recently read a topic about users holding eBay Stealth account registered in foreign country (mostly USA) but using it in other country (nothern Europe and else... but I cannot find this topic again)

Well, I am going to get a eBay Stealth account fully verified and registered in the USA but will use it in France or where else, will this cause problem? (I may think NO, because anyone can travel and use his eBay account anytime anywhere.)

If anyone has experience in this situation, an answer would be much appreciated!

I have had no problem thusfar using PP when traveling overseas, not sure about long term. I cannot imagine ebay being any different, but maybe this is not typical. I am sure there will be at least two opposite opinions on it. :)

About IP in cybercafé, if someone (suspended) used the same cybercafé as me (yeah strongly improbable but we nerver know), then we have the same IP address (if not dynamic one), will eBay link me to his suspended account automatically?

You will need to use a US VPN or VPS. On my first Ebay account I was logging in from overseas, but I often received small limitations telling me to change my password etc. And if you use an internet cafe then that is worse because they have no record of you on that computer(cookies)

These small limitations are a major pain because any funds you have transferred to your bank are reversed.

Also I notice that my mobile internet IP addresses are based in America when using my UK sim card and another sim card from another European country.

So tethering your phone will be a good option
