In the case that I can't change my IP
Well, I called optus, which is one of the largest ISPs in Australia. They said all cable optus customers have dynamic, however, I'm now certain that mine is Static. I tried many different things, but none seem to work. The only thing I haven't tried is changing my modem, but if it is static people have claimed my IP won't change anyway. In the case that I don't change my IP or my ISP change I still be stealth?
Or make a stupid excuse like, Oh I just moved here, and told the previous owners not to cancel their connection and instead redirect the bills to my details because they were on the same plan.
So on my banned accounts Ill change my address and never log on again, and with my new account ill be on the same IP, but with that excuse if you get what I mean :doh: |
