Using AOL for ebay

i hv seen a post in here before, someone talking about using AOL 9.0 to gain access to ebay because AOL hv different IP everytime.
i cant find anything like that on AOL website, is it still working?? anyone using it can someone fill me in tell me how it works?

I use AOL with wireless internet, and I get around 3-4 different ip's each time i sign on, but after the 3rd or 4th time it repeats itself. It is free for anyway who has broadband internet.
