i need a way to change my ip, i heard proxies dont work and i want like 3-4 eBay Stealth accounts but i don't know what to do for the ip.

If someone has a method for this, please help me out. Ill pay you

Default how to change verizon dsl dynamic ip address.
i want to change my ip address so i can get a new account.I have windows 7 and xp if it matters.i want to set up maybe 2 accounts.
