Can't change my IP
 

I can't change my IP address & after a lot of reading I've come to the conclusion that I have a static ip. So is it still possible for me to buy an already made Ebay account if my IP address is going to show up to Ebay?

Also I've been able to get my last few accounts to stay up for a long time until the minute I try to sell something they shut my account down. Does mean that they are just letting me go but don't want me to sell? The trust & safety team just denied my last attempt to get my account back for buyer or seller & my suspension was in 2009 but indefinite.

Ugh so many questions...

you need a new service provider with new IP and start all over again
